So today's normally a day that I take a 45 minute run for my daily exercise. However, my new running shoes gave me bad blisters on both my feet and I don't want to irritate them more. So instead I was going to do this: exercise videos! I was going to do them like this: Have breakfast

Have lunch/rest a bit
Do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred Level 3 (20 minutes)
Do Michael Carson's Cardio Sport Workout (18ish minutes)
Will that make up for the calories that I would burn from running?
