Okay so I have been talking to this guy for awhile and we have hooked up once so were kinda serious but I have been grounded and he has been in Paris, France so I haven't want him to ask me to be his girlfriend yet because I want to see him first yano..anyway I like him alot but he just called me today saying that he is going to Israel now and I won't be able to see him until September he said if I really do like him I can wait that long and I want to but I still don't know....
Should I wait or move on?

I think you should enjoy your summer. When he comes back in september you can look into being more serious if you still feel the same.
