This is probably pointless to ask, but I'll go ahead and do it anyway.

Is there anything that you can do to make yourself not bruise so easily?

I have really sensitive skin, and with just a small touch the wrong way I end up with a black and blue mark.

Recently, I got a new job, and during it, I have proved to be very clumsy and have been running into things. This results in really big and really bad bruises, the kind that look like someone else put them on my body. I have a golf ball sized one on my arm right now that looks horribly disgusting. :( Not to mention tons on my legs, some smaller and some larger.

I just need to know if there is anything I can do to prevent them, or not make them appear so bad... Or even make them go away faster?

Tell them you're a cage fighter, they'll be too intimidated to ask any further.

go see a doc.
could be due to anemia, or low vitamins in the body. also are you on your period? (low iron)
basically bruisng that easily isn't good and i'm going to assume you're missing something, probably iron

I'm not at the moment, no.
I have always bruised easily, but it seems like now its worse off then ever... like the slightest pinch and I have a huge purple mark on my body.

Thanks. :)
