my neck has been hurting for about a week now, my shoulder stoo, but mostly my neck. it especially hurts when im sitting here typing this (one reason im getting off after this topic). but when I prop a pillow up against a wall (because im going to wtach a movie) it feels better. is my posture messed up or something? how can i fix this? does it have anything to do with how i sleep?

Yeah you could be sleeping on it wrong I do that all the time and then like I can turn to the right or put my head back it hurts like a bitch.

i have that problem all the time when i sleep on my stomach, it ususally goes away within a few days...
