You should talk to him, just tell him how you feel and ask him how he feels. Getting physical might have confused him or changed his feelings.

He probably just feels bad & doesn't want to get you mad b/c he thinks he probably went too far. Just ask him why he hasn't been talking much & tell him that what happened that night everything is ok with you you weren't just ready & you want things to go back to normal.
