I need to regulate my sleeping. Help. Does 11 sound too late to get to sleep? I've been thinking about going to bed at 11 for a while, to break this "up into the AM" summer shedule.
I'm also going to start taking my vitamins again and exercising.
Since I'm regulating my sleep schedule, should I stay up until 11 or can I take a nap? I'm dog tired
