My only advice is try and take some comfort in the fact that she's probably being dramatic. Stay with her for now - maybe watch a movie with her, or hang out with her and make her feel special for a while. She's only nine, and she's probably just scared that your mum is angry with her.
But the thing is she hates me.
Or she think she hates me. She doesn't want me to come near her.

She doesn't hate you. She's being 9 years old and overly dramatic. Unfortunately some kids at this stage do actually do stupid things like this because she can't see much past her own nose. I think you should tell your Mom what your sister said. It's an unlikely threat to your sister's health but there's a possibility she could do something. And this is your Mom's territory, not one you should be having to deal with.

And if your sister gets mad at you? So what?

-sigh-
i guess who are right but, my mother is hardly ever home and when she is she is to exhausted

Something along the lines of "Grow the fuck up!"

 That's a bit harsh for a 9 year old.

This kid just needs to learn to take responsibility for her actions. She clearly hasn't been taught how to. Sounds like she hasn't had the tightest parenting.

Well we have a single parent and shes always at work trying to provide for us.

I grew up the same way. I was raised by my two sisters, so I understand where you're coming from. Is it just you there, or are there older siblings there helping you? And how old are you (if you don't mind me asking, but you don't have to answer, if you do mind)?

My older brother moved out and visits us sometimes but, not enough to do anything. I have 2 other kids to watch beside her.
And I'm 16

Yeah maybe not quite like that, but she has to get the point that stupid shit like that isn't worth potential death.

Just tell her to calm down, if you have a car take her somewhere.

Just be good to her, with little things. If she doesn't want you to be around, then don't be intrusive. Just show her that she matters (even if shes not going to kill herself).

Why are all you dumbshits putting the responsibility on the mother? Don't we know enough from LW how inadequate parents can be? All we know is the OP who can do things directly. It's not really relevant to go "oh its not my problem now, i'm only the kid"

Tell your mum or a trusted professional. It all likelihood, she won't actually suceed. However, the fact that she's contemplating suicide means she needs help. Particularly at such a young age these feeligns are not normal.
