But it is obvious that it  damages the child.
Sure...the  adult cannot control it. But, it doesn't  mean it  makes it ok for him to molest  a small child.

There  are rapists  who  have and grow up with instilled urges to rape women, so...just because  they  are like that...shall we let them?

it is a pity you don't realise paedophilia doesn't = child molesting and statistics show child molesting is often perpetrated by situational offenders, rather than paedophiles.

Child molestors  are sexual predators.
So you have a  point.
Now...i have a cop behind me, but i am going to  agree with you, and say that paedophiles  should not be jailed if not found to have abused a kid.
Until they find a cure for this... i don't think we should waste time and money jailing them if they don't  abuse kids.
