I know a few guys who wear them in summer to keep warm. Just under jeans or something though, they don't tend to parade around in them.

I wear spandex shorts under cotton ones when I'm playing sports cause they help keep everything in place while keeping me comfortable :) Otherwise I dont wear anything like that.

if you have hairy legs tights actualy made you colder by reducing the ammount of air that can be trapped and used for insulation so if you dont shave your legs it is best to not wear tights in the winter.
