I am a 19 year old female. I have normal menstrual cycles. But I have noticed for about a week after my mestrual (period) I experience cramps, just like if i was still on the period. But there is no vaginal discharge. Although, I notice I do get a white to clear vaginal discharge from time to time. I often experience this with light headiness and dizziness. I am going to the doctor's office on Monday, but should I be overly worried? It is just uncomfortable. Also, I am not sexually active, although I was earlier this year. I have been tested for STIs every 6 months as recommended and it is always negative.
