Amphetamines and stimulants (all drugs, for that matter) affect different people in different ways. It's not nearly that drastic though. Any stimulant will affect anyone with the same basic effects, thinned blood, higher heartbeat, increased awareness... the list goes on. The only exceptions I can think of right now is if there is any other drug in your body, or if you are prepubescent. Puberty changes your body chemistry completely around. It's why they give powerful amphetamines to small children to "calm them down". Give the same stuff to an adult and they will shake their skin off. I'm rambling. Are you maybe very tolerant to caffeine? If so, it might not make a noticeable effect on you.
