any1 who hurts and animal should have the exact same pain influenced to them... if they kick it in the head... som1 who is 30 times as strong as them should kick the owner in the head... if they break the dogs ribs... their ribs shud be snapped off.

It depends where u look, there are a lot! of rules surrounding animal welfare and abuse, especially in our country!

People will face prison, heavy fines and preventing from ever have animals again

Its just a shame abuse and neglect arent picked up on as early as they shuld be, but once found I think some laws are pretty sound

VERY strict.

I hate that they barely don't even have it here. A lot of people abuse their animals and I think it should be stopped, seriously.

It is easily avoided,
They can get away with it EASILY.

But there was a story,
This guy had like 12 labradors..
Didn't feed them, AT ALL.
And he got 12 year ban from having pets.

Thats disgusting..

they should be a hella lot stricter. especially in live food restaurants and stuff, where the fish stay in these tiny tanks for months on end and basically starve to death if they're not picked.

They need to be severely strict. People that leave INNOCENT, PRECIOUS animals to die, or just kill them for pleasure or out of anger, is SAD and PATHETIC, and these people n e e d   t o   p a y !!!!

What's stopping them from doing this so a human?
