Best way to reduce bags under eyes.

No this isn't a rate me topic  

No matter how much I sleep I constantly have bags under my eyes. Does anyone have any idea of how to reduce them, do they come with stress? I never had them until I got very stressed since school ended, now they are horrible. And I don't want to spend $30 on some product that MAY reduce it.

You can use a light concealer, and I'm sure there is creme you can get cheaper than 30$.

You could try using cover-up? When my girlfriend used to have that, she would always use cover-up to hide the bags. Another thing is, maybe you're in sunlight, or in light in general too much. Sometimes, the light off the computer screen can do that to you, When you're on the computer, try turning the lights off, so only the computer is on, and sleep with all lights off ( I know it sounds weird but a lot of people I've known have slept with lights on for some reason). Other then that, do some research through Yahoo! answers, I always find it reliable. http://www.answers.yahoo.com

put 2 teaspoons in the freezer for an hor and then put them on your eyes.....works wonders...
