Chosen this forum cos its more a thought/musing/points to ponder, rather than sexual or pregnancy query. Ok so some years ago I remember reading an article in a family magazine here about a 9yr old girl having given birth to a baby. Now, a number of thoughts came to mind remembering this, but none of which was answered in the article at the time. Who was the father of the baby? Was the girl raped or did she have sex willingly? Did actual penile-vaginal penetration take place or did she become pregnant due to sperm getting onto (into?) her vulva through being ejaculated on during some sex game or sexual molestation? What was the physical injuries she sustained during the birth and the sexual intercourse, if actual intercourse took place? If she had sex willingly, why? And also, did she know what was actually happening? What became of the baby's father, whether he is named or not? Did the family or the state press charges? If so, what charges? Child abuse? Statutory rape? Lets say he was charged for some of those or other offences, what was the verdict and penalty?

Another question could be, why did the family not abort the 9 year olds child in the first place? At 9 years old, the body is not developed enough to properly carry a child.

Good question. That makes me think of another one. I read somewhere that a girl is born with all her "eggs" already, but are they already fertile at the time of birth or at age 9?

Aborting a child is dangerous at the best of times. If she was fertile enough to carry a pregnancy to term, her body would cope with it better.

Werewolf, many 9 year olds have given birth. Do you remember which particular child this was?

I remember reading about this for a project last year.
If I'm thinking of the same one, she was 5 and lived in Peru.  They weren't sure who the father was, though the father of the girl had been a suspect.

Child abuse. At 9 she couldn't have known really, could she, even if someone tricked her into "thinking" she was doing it willingly, I suspect it wasn't her idea to start with. Like, nice year olds don't just wake up horny and go looking to get laid, do they?  NO they don't. The father? Old enough to get an erection and inject sperm into a little girl who was likely 8 when it happened, and it probably wasn't the first time, was it? Nope. Hope dad is still in prison married to a big bald guy named Chopper.  There could never be an excuse for that behaviour.

Sorry no. This was a very long time ago and I am aware that there has been others of that age and younger that became mothers. I guess the reason I used the 9yr old as an example was because I actually read the magazine report myself at the time. Others I have only heard snatches of the reports on the radio or something like that. Not that the radio is any less reliable, but on the radio the reports, if written down, is only a few lines long compared to the magazine report of a few pages in length.
