im tryin to download it but it'll get to about 15% and then a Internet Explorer Error will pop up and force me to close all internet windows, causing the download to fail. any computer IT's with advice?

Try to adjust your IE settings, or use a different web browser. IE7 really sucks. It does stuff like this all the time. I suggest using Mozilla Firefox.

Totally not a Teen Sexuality question but, here goes.
Try downloading from a different source, that one may be infected and IE is shutting down for a reason. Also try closing all programs so your computer has more virtual memory.
