I am a fat ass. Seriously. I can tell cause I can't fit into any of my clothing and that I can grab a hand full of fat without trying. Looking into the mirror, I see nothing wrong with me. Well, today I got pictures developed and wanted to cry. It made it even more true...I'm a fat ass. No doubt.

I am having trouble getting control over this. A lot.

How much and what exercises should I be doing? Any advise would be helpful. I'm sick of feeling and looking like this.

All the weight seems to go around my stomach and is now spreading to my ass and legs.

Well you must run every morning. Dont try to take it hard on yourself, nobody expects you to be superman. Just try to push yourself to the limits every time and then you will start losing fat. And try to eat more fruits and veggies and cut a little back on sweets.

Eat all foods in moderation (but stay away from junk food or desserts), drink plenty of water, and exercise for 30 minutes per day 5 days a week. This won't give you dramatic weight loss, but if done properly you will loose weight at the healthy pace of 1 - 2 pounds per week. However, I would recommend consulting your physician who can advise on the most appropriate diet for you. My doctor is a big fan of Weight Watchers.
