I need some help, Im clicking on Itunes on the main screen and nothing is happening. I went and clicked on it on the start menu and nothings happening. I dont know whats going on

look down on your tool bar in the right side and see if its all ready open and click that icon

does the iTunes.exe work at C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe ? The shortcut might have just gotten fucked up.
Also, try repairing it. Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Find iTunes. Click the "Change" button, and when prompted, choose to Repair it.
