3) The most we can do is offer a bit of support and useful advice. We aren't trained psychologists or counselors or whatever. I think most people turn here just to give themselves a confidence boost. We really can't save or cure anyone; just offer some handy tips to help ease the pain. If people really have that bad of problems, then they should definitely get real world help.
