If you are looking for a free program, try ManyCam at http://www.manycam.com If you want a good program and willing to fork out the dough for it (20 bucks) try WebcamMax at http://www.webcammax.com As far as the live video goes, i stream 24/7 on a site called UStream. Its a great site, i love it. Check it out at http://www.ustream.tv also there is http://www.justin.tv Hope this helps !!
