Recently I'v gone through alot, and I'm getting medication and all that jazz-except the magical power of pills cant really cure nightmares that I'v been having almost every night. It's rather annoying when you're deprived of sleep for a long time (nearly 2 weeks) and its making me high-strung. So much that I'v been grounded into my room for some 'chill out time'. So thus I seek the aid of the knowledgable LW people to help this poor old grumpy insomniac. Does anyone know solutions to either get rid of nightmares, or things I can do that calms me enough to go to sleep/aids sleep?
Some people say meditation, but there are so many for different things that I dont know where to start
