Long story short: I've been to three different schools. I'm a senior. Now, almost into the second semester, they are fucking up my schedule. They are insisting that I take two P.E semesters in one semester. They want me to have two periods of P.E, then a semester of Geometry.
This is so stupid.
I took a three period class last year because that's what the school RECOMMENDED to me last year to take in the place of P.E. I took a criminal justice class. I was told I had that credit taken care of. Plus, I already had a semester of P.E under my belt from sophomore year.
This year. I've been through so much already. They've changed my classes numerous times. They even told my MOTHER that I was caught up with all of my credits.
Then I get called in today and told all this.
And with the geometry thing.. wtf. I didn't pass the second semester so I was told if I too Math Models that would serve in its place. Then I'm taking Alg 2 now, and they're saying that I need to take the geometry semester over.
That I could handle, but the P.E thing is stupid. Ok; let's say the criminal justice thing wasn't a gym credit; why didn't she look over it at the first of they year and move me in there? Or warn me of this? None of this makes any sense. And gym at this school has different areas of sports they cover every six weeks; baseball, volleyball, etc. If they put me in two P.E periods second semester, wtf.. how is that even legit? I won't be going in order, just doing the same thing over again.
I just think it's all kind of fishy.
I'm sorry to seem whiney, and truthfully I wouldn't really give a shit if it was just geometry and P.E. But I think taking two is stupid. None of this is my fault, so I don't get why I should pay for it.
My counselor last year (the junior counselor) told me if I took that CJ class, it would count as a gym credit. My senior counselor says it doesn't, they made a mistake; all of the other classes at the center do, just not that one, because it doesn't count as a "job" training course. But it does because I received certifications in there.
I don't get it. I've done whatever they told me to do. Now I'm getting fucked over. I just think it's weird.
But isn't this their fault? Is there anything I can do? Should I go the principal?
Please xX I need help. Please.
