Say you're out somewhere either alone or with friends. Someplace other than school or whatever where you don't know anybody. Like the mall or whatever. What does a guy have to do in order for you to give him your number? Like when wouldn't you flat out just ignore a guy? Ive seen my friend try and the girls just kept walking. Was that just because he did something wrong or are all girls like that?
