I'm not saying that that is either, but the child still deserves to live and have an opportunity to be in a family where it is loved. How would you (to anyone in general) feel if you were that baby that was planned to be aborted?

I was going to be aborted, however it wasn't readily available in the area at the time, so my grandmother told my mom to just have the baby and everything would be fine. With all the health problems and mental/emotional ones, I've often wished she'd told my grandmother to fuck off and done it anyways.

Banning abortion, or condemming those who want/have had them is not the answer. The answer is regulation. Who qualifies, what can be charged for them. If someone goes in at 21 weeks and says "I want an abortion" I personally think the answer should be "no." but if someone walks in at 6 weeks, they should have the option....

Kids should require to notify their parents and attend a meeting with a counselor before hand.

It shouldn't be private, it should be placed on your medical record (in canada, it is not placed on your records at all, I could have gotten sick the day after mine ,and if no one had known, they'd have had no idea), and it should be covered by insurance when being done for medical reasons.

There is so much that could be put in place other than just banning it.... the world is not ready to take on such a high number of new babies each year.. we're talking millions.

I disagree on that part, because everyone has a different situation. There are certain situations where the parents knowing of their daughter's abortion or desire to have one, would either get the girl severly beaten, or killed (in some cases).
Some parents aren't as open-minded or supportive of their daughters/abortion, as yours may be (I don't actually know exactly what your situation was, but from what I've inferred, your mother seemed pretty supportive) so yeah.

I get what you're saying, and part of me agrees.

But if a teenage boy and girl knew that if they had sex and got pregnant that they had to tell their parents, they might think twice before doing it in the first place.

My main goal behind putting a  lot of rules on Abortion, is to stop people from having more than one.

Oh this is going to be good if it happens. But I agree, if people can't give a reason as to why they're pro-life, then they may as well just vote and not reply. All we're going to do is ask why, and they'll start being insulting.

And you know, it sort of bothers me when a guy says he's pro-life...
