Imagine if Al Gore had been our President... we would all be bowing to the east twenty times a day by now.... EEESSHHHHHH !!!!!

I'd rather we not have him as Prez., but hate? I don't even know the guy.

I don't like him as a national leader by any means, his views tend to be distorted from the more effective (to a noticeable extent), and his actions follow suit, but he might be a better guy than he is president.  He means something to other people.

Plus, he looks like a little monkey. Can't hate that. He'll be out in a bit.

Hate is a really stong word. I don't 'hate' him because I don't think you can hate someone you've never met before. I'm sure he's a very nice person in really life, but I don't 'like' what he's doing/done with America.

Well Bush for the most part wasn't a bad president. He just really screwed when it comes to foriegn policy. The War In Iraq was his short-coming, and was a general mistake. Also he is a horrible communicator and representative for the conservatives and GOP. Now he has done some good things economically our economy is still fairly strong, and he handled 9/11 and the War In Afganistan very well. Bush though just made some overly rash and poor decisions, and set out on the absolutionist you're wither withs us or against us type attitude. He is defintely doing a better job than Gore and Kerry would of done I can guarntee you that, and he is much better than presidents such as Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.

*note that I meant to put either not wither, but I think they both can describe Bush's attitutde. Fight for us and/or suffer with us or against us type attitude, which is why I  hate him. No Clinton's policys would do only the withering part imo.
