Hate is a really stong word. I don't 'hate' him because I don't think you can hate someone you've never met before. I'm sure he's a very nice person in really life, but I don't 'like' what he's doing/done with America.

I certainly hate what Bush has done to my country and the damage it has caused to our image all over the world.  
 The US used to be look up to and respected by almost everyone in the world but now we are seen as a big bully and hated and distrusted by most of the world.   It will take many many years to overcome this damage.
