So, I got my ASVAB scores back awhile ago, and I have no idea how to read them, and was wondering if anyone could help? Thanks if so: Military Entrance Score (AFQT): 87 Verbal Skills: 61
Math Skills: 65
Science and Technical Skills: 64
----------------------------------------------------------
General Science: 61
Arithmetic Reasoning: 66
Word Knowledge: 61
Paragraph Comprehension: 62
Mathematics Knowledge: 62
Electronics Informations: 57
Auto and Shop Information: 55
Mechanical Comprehension: 68 By the way, these aren't the percentages - They're the actual scores. I'm not listing the percentages on here, but will if someone who can help wants them to better explain how this works. Thanks!!

But is that good, bad, or average?
depends on which branch, if its the army marines or navy, your a fucking genious, they only require about 31-35. air force is 37, and Coast guard is 49. so it all depends which branch your enlisting for. but all in all, you got a really good score

 Okay, thanks. My counsellor, parents, nor teachers knew the answer to this question. Everyone I ask just gives me this "Der?" look, and their eyes kind of glaze over.  Lol, anyways, thanks. Glad to clear that up!!!

i only know cuz i tried going for the coast guard, but since i cant do math, i didn't get in. so i need to take an algebra class lol.
