I used to have like 3 a day. Now, maybe 3 a week. I take Effexor XR for depression, which is also indicated for Panic Disorder, so I think that helps. Of course, I have my Klonopin when things get out of control.

I used to have panic attacks. I had at least 1 a day sometimes up to 3. I was on antidepressants for about 2 months and stopped taking them because they didn't work. The attacks eventually went away on their own.
I had social anxiety, by the way.

I have some sort of anxiety disorder, not panic disorder but...
I'd say unmedicated a few times a week at most, and once every week or two at least. Medicated little to none at all.
