It varies, depending on my mood. I'm in varying stages of finishing the following:
-Down and Out in Paris and London, Orwell (I really recommend this to those of you who haven't read it - I'm reading it for the third time)
-The Proud Highway, Thompson
-Heart of Darkness, Conrad
-American Psycho, Ellis

For school, I'm reading The Grapes of Wrath.

However, I'm also reading A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, a chick-lit book that most probably haven't heard of, and War of the Worlds.

Normally I hate reading more than one thing at once, but right now I have so many books I want to read, and limiting myself to just one doesn't sound very appealing.

For school, I'm reading The Grapes of Wrath.

God help you. I despised Grapes of Wrath. Granted, this is almost certainly due to the fact that I started and finished it the day before the test, but I still have lasting memories of displeasure...

Anyway, as to what I am reading... err... assorted textbooks. I need to find some time to read again for myself. I fully intend to pick up Johnathan Strange and Mr. Norrell now that it is in paperback and discounted at the university bookstore, because it looks interesting.

I love Americans, but not when they try to talk French.
What a blessing it is that they never try to talk English.

"The Crucible" by Arthur Miller and "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley. Both are for school, but I chose the latter from a list. (:

On the Road, The Magic Mountain, and Of Grammatology.

I'm hoping to finish On the Road this weekend and move on to Wuthering Heights.

The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco, and Antigone by Sophocles. The latter is for school, but I'm not complaining.

Both are excellent.  I wish my school would assign Antigone again.  *dreams*
