I just started reading Peyton Place today.  I'm not very far but I can already tell I'm going to like it a lot.  It's ranked something like number 4 for all-time best selling books.  It was written in the 50s by a woman which is surprising just because because of all the sexual undertones and such and with themes such as incest and adultery and the just the way it all is written
