I was dealing with something similar to this a few weeks ago. You need to realise the reason she's being a bitch is because she's had an addiction taken away from her- something that seems as important as breathing. So stop pitying yourself, because she isn't "mad at you" she's mad at the fact that she wants a cigarette. Try to be supportive. It's a bitch, I know.

I was addicted to pills i was addicted to pot. I stopped i had headaches and couldn't sleep for a few days you know what i'm over a year clean now.It's not hard it is only a fucking mindset.

Your mum isn't you, she's most likely been smoking along time and it's hard for her. Support her, she needs it.

Oh, don't pull that. I stopped drinking caffeine cold turkey and had shit headaches and couldn't sleep for weeks, as well as jitters and the like. My mum didn't have any of that when she tried to stop, but when she tried to stop smoking she turned into a real bitch.
