This is a contest for those of you to show more than one side of your creativity. The main goal within this contest is for you to take a picture of yourself. Make it as plain or as crazy as you like, and then draw it. You will need to show us both the photo and the drawing. Judging will be based on artistic ability, creativity, and accuracy. EVERYONE has a chance! Rules
~The photo must be taken within the last 7 days(please be honest, we want a fair contest)
~You must do the work on your own. No helpers/friends.
~The "drawing" can be done in pencil, marker, paint, pen, oils, charcoal, etc. As long as it is hand done, no limitations.
~You must include the background within the photo
~Two entries per person There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

Nope. They need to have a photo, and a drawing. No photoshop will be considered as the drawing. If you want to photoshop the original and then draw that, that works. Also, the portraits have to be new. Post edited at 4:52 am on Dec. 4, 2009 by Chiefette

I would say it has to be of your face, but not a straight on shot. It can be angled.

You should allow digital paintings. They are still hand done, and take just as much skill, sometimes MORE skill, than "regular" drawings.

I prefer to keep it to hand done drawings only. Comparing digital to hand done drawings is not a fair comparison.

I cant draw with like paper and pencil or whatever the fuck.
But I can draw on photoshop. (example-not me. not finished either)
If we could do that I'd enter.
