I figure I would try eating a big breakfast today since almost dietitian I've ever heard of says its a good idea. So, I started scabbing in my kitchen for anything to eat. I got 3 cuts of Pepperjack Cheese, a glass of Soy milk, some Banana Cheerios with Soy milk, a banana (half eaten, half cut up and put in banana cheerios), an apple, and a slice of whole wheat bread with chocolate peanut butter.
After getting done with the cereal, an amazing thing happened: I was full. I have never been full, ever. It's not a sensation I'm used to. When it first hit me, I had to stop and wonder what it was. I didn't even finish my apple or peanut butter. D:
