 If I were to pick anyone, I'd say autistics. Sure, they have no social skills, but they are geniuses. I wouldn't be surprised if they were the next step.

Uh, no. For one, race is originally a scientific concept that has been proven false, but society continues it simply because it's convenient.

And for two, a different country is a different nationality. Nice try though.
