wats the best age to start working out and not break ur growth plates.
and do u think like guys around 15/16 or around that age look good built up. my friend hes 16 and hes a tank but i think its not healthy to be built up that young.

anyways, opinions anyone...

Doing smaller weights and stuff is fine and working on all the machines and stuff if you're doing a sport that would require it.
Around that age though it's not good to get built up to lift the big weights because as was said, you're not developed enough yet and you could do some serious damage to your back.

i gota a paper route when i was 9. and had a paying job when i was 14. and i have a job that pays 20 an hour now

so i suggest starting early.
