A perfect example of a Napoleon type is John McCain.  His nickname in high school was "McNasty."  I didn't make it up.  Search Google.  

This doesn't apply to all short men but in the case of McCain it does....quick on the trigger, volatile, insensitive, inconsistent and not predictable.  What you see is not what you get.
