listen buddy, I alright get off my ass and exercise every day.  I've lost 20 pounds in the last year which is major for me since I have struggled with weight issues all my life.  When I ask one question regarding speeding up the weight loss process, you go and rant about people (presumably me) being lazy.  Do you think if I really wanted to get rid of my problem that I would sit here all the time and do nothing about it? No.  You have lost my respect, sir.
