Im tired of feeling crap about myself so ive started working out again and eating healthy.
Im running a mile and then doing 30 minutes circuit training and 45minutes rowing followed by 45 minute cycle. How long do you think it would take me to lose about 20lbs and get nicely toned?
Im a girl so i want nice lean muscle, the best example i can think of is Kate in lost i really want nice arms like hers, how long do you think it would take to get that doing what im doing?
