I am taking a web design class. It's really easy, and we are using adobe golive.

In the Web Design class they will first teach you how to design site based in Adobe Photoshop (or alternative) which from there you will learn to slice these templates and get them ready to go live. Also you will learn the very basics of HTML/CSS.
It is actually a fun class, and very easy. It is when you get into Web Development things start getting a bit harder.
