Of course it's biased. The guy has filed a lawsuit trying to disqualify Obama from being able to be President of the United States. But I wasn't using it to try prove anything except that a lawsuit has been filed. I didn't say anything about the validity of the lawsuit.

It depends on the purpose that you are using the source for, Jake. If I was trying to prove that Obama wasn't a US citizen, I wouldn't use this source any more than I'd use Obama.com to try to prove he was.
