The Shining is an amazing book. =)

It's like... third on my list behind Duma Key, The Stand, and Dreamcatcher.

OH, YES! Dreamcatcher as well.

I should read Hearts in Atlantis. I bought it, but the back didn't really catch my interest. Is it good?

I think it's good. Pretty confusing and it's more...''normal'' than most of his books. But, if you read Dark Tower, a lot of his other books are tied to it, so it's interesting to read as many as you can, then read Dark Tower, or vice versa.

Duma Key was good.  The Stand is wonderful but *epic*

The Long Walk is great along with The Running Man. The Dark Half is amazing too.

My favorite King books are: Night Shift and The Eyes of the Dragon.

Night Shift is a collection of short stories, and were just delightfully chilling to me.  If I ever wrote scary short stories, I would want them to be like that.

The Eyes of the Dragon was fantasy, I guess.  I was nearly jumping up and down by the end of it because of how well it comes together in the end.

The Talisman is really good. I loved it. Read it. Then read Black House, the sequel. I do believe they're making a mini-series out of The Talisman.

Definitely read Eyes of the Dragon and Everything's Eventual. Cell too. I personally like Cujo even though it makes me cry like a baby.

I actually loved the ending of The Dark Tower. It completely blew my mind. I mean, it's definitely not your average ending.
