Well, Alabama is in the south, so of course they're going to speak southern. No matter if you're black or white, your accent can adjust to where you live. Not all black people sound the same. That's just beyond stupid to think that.

I think its cause people down south have a tendency to have a southern accent? And people don't have country accents because "there" (is the difference between there, theyre and their that hard?) white, I know plenty of black people who have all sorts of southern accents. Being in louisiana I'd think you woulda realized that.

Lol, I'm from Alabama, and I have to admit people down here do have a southern accent. If your educated well then you won't talk that way. I don't have a bad southern slang. I have a bit of an accent, but I mean I was born and raised here what do you expect?
