This morning a pit bull showed up at our house, he was so beautiful, sweet, loving, and playful, he sat in my lap all day, he was in no way aggressive with food, etc, but then 2 little girls came up to our porch to my cousin and said "I think we know who he belongs to!" and they took him and tried to take him to the owner. My cousin and his friend came back to tell me "the dog is attacking Emily!" I said WTF??? what the hell did they do to it, if they say they did nothing their fucking lying, because pit bulls are one of the most gentle dog breeds there are. I ran over there and she was sitting on the ground and he was pulling on her shorts, while her piece of shit sister was profusely beating him with a big stick, and this man gets out of his truck, begins kicking the dog, takes the stick from the girl and also begins beating him with it, and the dog jumped on him trying to get him to stop and barely bit his leg. The girl was scratched up, but she wasn't in critical condition or anything (pit bulls are strong dogs, when a little girl gets jumped upon, she's more than likely going to fall down), these dumb fucks don't know how to handle situations before the man got out of the truck I forcefully grabbed the stick from the little girl and told her angrily "Don't you ever beat a dog like that, it will only make it worse." Then this guy shows up who is a horrible alcoholic father to his to piece of shit kids who steal bikes, and pick on young children he took a stick from MY YARD and went toward the dog I said don't hit him it only makes things worse, when an animal is mistreated, they don't behave well toward it, just as anyone else, and he's all "well I breed dogs I know" breeding dogs is fucking wrong! that's like a puppy mill. You don't have dogs just so you can sell their babies, I really wanted to say something...grr, and he goes up to the dog and realizes oh yeah this dog isn't bad at all. I don't care wtf is going on you don't beat an animal with a stick! So the man calls the police and 3 cop cars, an ambulance, and 2 animal control trucks show up for one fucking dog, which they came to realize that he is not vicious, but rather sweet. the dog stayed with us until they came, and he went right with the animal control people, but was whining because he was terrified. I am so upset because they said they will probably put him down... I just really hope that they come to their senses and realize that this dog is worthy of a good home, or that his original owners come get him (he obviously had a previous owner, his nails were properly trimmed, his ears were docked, and he looked very well taken care of)
