I haven't been interested in a "certain girl" in a while, about 2 years. Yet, I see couples and it pisses me off when I can't attain that. Is it normal for this to happen? Or is something wrong?

It's normal, it just means you really know what you're looking for, so most people don't interest you because you're not finding what you want. I usually have that problem too.
