So I have to get braces on my top teeth and i've the option of getting those white ceramic braces accross my front 6 teeth.
Does anyone have them and if so what do you think of them?

Apparently they discolour and stain really easily. Did this happen to you? I'd like to get them but I do love my tea and my curries so maybe it's not a great idea!

It's really obvious because they do stain horribly...

I think it's nicer to have clear ones.

My friend made a mistake and chose red ones. Now she complains they make her look as if she has bleeding gums. =/

I found them rather much more comforting to wear than the metal ones. As long as you brush your teeth regularly and keep up with what the orthodontist tells you, you should be alright. I will admit though, it seemed like I was breaking my brackets more on them than my bottoms... but I'm not sure if that's because it was my top teeth period, or because they were the ceramic ones.
