There isn't always a 'dominant' person in a homosexual relationship. You can keep initiating things if you feel comfortable doing that and it fits with the dynamics of your relationship. But often, there isn't a clear dominant, or even a clear guy/girl tendency. Even with heterosexual relationships, there isn't always a "dominant" one, and guys often take the lead just for tradition's sake. Girls can be dominant in a hetero relationship too.
Btw that's the dumbest question I've heard from a non-straight person.
