Interactive classrooms vs. Real classrooms: Which is better?--Two of my classes are in front of a tv because the teachers are at diff campuses(for those of you who dont know)

Should there be exceptions to illegal downloading.(like if a cd gets stolen from you- would it be an okay exception for you to go online and download it for free?)
