You can live there. It's probably just not legal. Honestly, who's going to look for you? I've always dreamed of building a secret city underneath the ice. Imagine drilling down through the miles of ice and building a city. There's a HUGE under-ice lake heated by geothermal energy there--I want to build a city next to it . It would be so beautiful if you could get a system of skylights to work through the ice.
