that sounds bad, and its a good thing you didn't jump out of that window, then you wouldn't have a chance to correct things. Here's what you gotta do, schedule a meeting with your guidance counsular or a really close friend and spill your feelings to her/him. It makes you feel totally better. If things start getting worse in your family try to straighten things out. make them calm down and have a talk... hope you have better days
