And she just texted me, and apparently the neighbors are suing them. Is that even possible? No one was on their property, no one even spoke back to the guy when he TRESPASSED on MY FRIEND'S property. After he came and yelled, everyone left too, it isn't like a lot of people came back. 
All that happened was that he was woken up late at night.
So, I guess my question is...is he really allowed to sue my friend's family because he was woken up due to a lot of noise late at night?
