i have difficulties falling asleep because i literally think about everyythingg.
whether it be about friendships, relationships, or excitment of upcoming events..

is this like, anxiety or something?

i would just like, get my mind thinking and thinking and i wouldnt be able to fall asleep.

??

I would consider it a restless mind.

I do the same thing. And before i got pregnant i was on sleeping medication.

that happens to me all the time! a new thing i've tried it getting a big like 5 subject notebook and writing RANDOM NOTEBOOK on the front and right before bed i spill every little one of my thoughts onto the pages and i leave it with that. Or try listening to songs that you know every word of and sing them inside your head.

It actually sounds relatively normal, but definitely anxiety related. Try talking to your doctor about some sleeping pills. They're amazing.

yes its from the stress. u should have a quiet thinking time before going to bed. if that doesn't work u should take sleeping pills

i am like that my doc says to relax before you go to bed maybe read a book hav a bath.
wat really helped me was a couple of lavender oil drops on my pillow
